These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hub-routebase.click and your enrollment in training programs offered by RouteBase Chart Training ("RouteBase," "we," "us"), located at 261E Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, 790853, Vietnam.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in training.

2. Services described

RouteBase provides instructor-led chart analysis training for manual traders, including intensives, chart review sessions, group workshops, and Chart Lab drop-in sessions. We do not provide brokerage services, trade execution, investment advice, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

3. Enrollment and payment

Program fees are quoted in Vietnamese Dong unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation and, where applicable, receive your deposit. Payment terms are specified on invoices. Failure to pay balances by stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your seat.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, mark-up sheets, written feedback, and website content are owned by RouteBase or licensed to us. You may use materials for personal trading preparation. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our materials without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully in classroom and online sessions. Recording sessions requires prior written consent. We may remove participants who disrupt sessions or promote unrelated commercial services without refund if removal is due to conduct violations.

6. Disclaimer

Training content is educational. Past participant feedback does not guarantee future trading results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, RouteBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or program attendance. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
